Welcome to Vijaya Ki Raso,

Today we will make Vrat Wale Aloo Cutlets

Ingredients:
Potato (Boiled and Mashed)
Water Chestnut Flour
Coriander Leaves
Rock Salt
Red Chilli Powder
Amchoor
Cumin Powder
Cumin Seeds

Procedure: Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Now add coriander leaves, salt to taste, red chilli powder, 1 tsp amchoor, 1 tsp cumin powder and mix well. Now add mashed potato and cook for 5 mins. Now let it cool down for 10-15 mins. On the other side, take a bowl and add water to Water Chestnut flour. Add salt to taste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and mix well. Now give cutlet shape to the potato mixture that we have made. Dip it in the water chestnut flour paste and fry until golden brown. Vrat wale Aloo cutlets are ready to serve. Serve it with Vrat wali Green Chutney (You can find the link in the "i" button.
