Today we will make Stuffed Capsicum
Cottage Cheese - 50 gms
Boiled Potato - 4
Red Chilli Powder
Take a pan and add 2 tsp refined oil. Once heater, add 1 tsp cumin seeds. Now add 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and 1 tsp amchoor and mix well. Now add boiled and mashed potatoes and add panner and mix it well with the masala. Add little coriander leaves for flavour and cook it for 5-10 mins. Now slice capsicum into two and remove all the seeds. Now add the stuffing and cover the top with Besan mixture. Now take a pan and add some oil. Add stuffed capsicum and cook it well. Cover the lid so that the capsicum gets cooked well. Now cook the other side of capsicum and cook for 5 more minutes. Take it out in a plate and stuffed capsicum is ready to serve.
