Today we will make Pindi Chana.
Boiled Chana - 250 gms
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

Garam Masala Powder
Heat oil in a pan and add 1 tsp jeera and Khada masala. Now add tomato puree and salt to taste. Add 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli, 1/2 tsp turmeric Powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp Garam Masala, 2 tsp coriander powder, 2 tsp chana masala and mix well. Now add green chilli and green coriander for flavour. Add boiled chana and cook for 5 mins. Now add chana water and tamarind water and mix well. Cook for 5-10 mins. Take it out in a bowl and garnish it with desi ghee, tomato, ginger, green chilli and green coriander. Pindi Chana is ready to serve.
