Paneer Shimla Mirch @ Vijaya ki Rasoi

Here's an easy recipe for Paneer Shimla Mirch ki Sabzi - 

Ingredients Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala, Cumin Seeds, Tomato paste, finely chopped green Shimla Mirch, Paneer finely chopped onions. Purée of 3 tomatoes.

Take 3 spoons of Refined Oil and put it on a medium flame.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds and pinch of heeng in the pan.

Add finely chopped onions and cook till it is slightly brown.

Add finely chopped Shimla mirch pieces and paneer.

Cover it with a lid for 2 minutes.

Add tomato puree mix it well.

Add 2 teaspoons of Salt, 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric Powder. 1/2 teaspoon of Red Chilli Powder and 1 teaspoon of Garam Masala and 2 teaspoons of Coriander Powder.

Mix all the ingredients well and cook for 2-3 minutes on a medium flame till the water dries up.

Paneer Shimla Mirch is ready to serve.

Garnish it with garam masala and fresh coriander leaves.
