Today we are going to make Mix Vegetable.
Ingredients:
Cauliflower
Capsicum
Green peas
Potato
Beans
Ginger paste
Chopped garlic
Tomato purée
Garam masala
Cumin
Red chilly powder
Salt chopped onion
Green coriander
Procedure:
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let it crackle, now add two chopped onions and sauté till they turn light brown. Now add potato (cut into pieces), green peas, beans and cauliflower florets. Add ginger paste and chopped garlic. Now cover it with lid till potato and beans are almost cooked. Add tomato purée and cook till it absorbs water. Add salt to taste, one tsp red chilly powder, one tsp Garam masala and some chopped green coriander. Mix well and add sliced capsicum and cook till capsicum gets soft. Take it out in a bowl and garnish it with green coriander. Mix vegetable is ready to serve.
