Make Amritsari Fish Fry At Home @ Vijaya Ki Rasoi

Welcome To Vijaya Ki Raosi,

Today we will cook Amritsari Fish.


Ingredients:

Fish  500 grams,

Refined flour, Rice Flour, Corn Flour,

Ginger and Garlic paste

Salt, Kashmiri Red Chilli, Turmeric, Garam masala, Ajwain,

Egg, sliced onion, lemon cut into pieces, mayonnaise


Procedure:

To marinate the fish add 1 tsp each of ginger & garlic paste, salt to taste, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp Garam masala, 2 tsp red chilli powder, Ajwain 1/2 tsp, Rice flour 2 spoon, Refined flour 2 spoon, Corn flour 1 spoon. Mix all the ingredients in fish and add 1/2 lemon juice and keep it aside for 2 hours. In a pan just pour oil and heat it. Now before frying the fish, mix one beaten egg & mix it. Egg is optional.  Fry fish till it is half cooked and take it out in a plate. Let it cool and then fry again to make it crispy and fully cooked. Take a plate keep fish and decorate it with sliced onion, lemon pieces and mayonnaise. Sprinkle chat masala on fish. Amritsari fish is ready to serve.
