Today we are going to make Keema Matar which is a perfect dish for special occasions and is easy to make.
Ingredients
Keema (Minced Meat) - 1/2 Kg
Matar (Peas) - 250 grams
Tomatoes - 4 cut into pieces
Onion - 2 roughly grind
Garlic paste
Onion - 2 chopped
Whole spices
Garam masala
Red chili powder
Salt
Green chili
Procedure:
Take a wok put refined oil in it. Now add khara masala I.e. Bay leaf, clove, black pepper and cinnomon. Let them crackle and then add two chopped and two roughly grind onion in it. Fry till it is slightly brown, add keema and stir it thoroughly . Add two spoon garlic paste, salt to taste and mix well. Now cover it and let it simmer on low flame till the water evaporates. Now add two spoon red chili powder and two spoon Garam masala and stir fry. Add four chopped tomatoes and two green chilies. Once tomatoes are cooked add matar (peas) and mix it well and shift it in pressure cooker. Now add a glass of water and close the lid of the pressure cooker. Cook till you hear the first whistle. Keema matar is ready to serve. Garnish it with green chilies
