Today we will make chicken malai tikka.
Boneless Chicken - 500 gms
Black Pepper Powder
All Purpose Flour (Maida)
To the bowl of chicken, add 2 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp ginger paste, salt to taste, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 2 tsp curd and mixture of cornflour and maida and mix them well. Now add cream 2 tsp cream and mix it. Keep it aside for 20-30 mins. Place the chicken pieces onto the skewers. Now take a pan and add some oil. Place these skewers on the pan and let them cook until chicken pieces turn brown. Once brown, cook them on direct flame to give it a smoky texture. Add these pieces of chicken to a bowl and add little butter, 1 tsp cream and little green coriander. Mix it well. Chicken Malai Tikka is ready to serve.
