Today we will be sharing one of our favourite snacks that is perfect for people who have diabetes. This snack is simple to make and doesn't take much time to get prepared.
Sprouted moong- 1/2cup
Spinach (blanched and chopped)- 1/2cup
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Green chillies (chopped)- 2
Besan- 1 1/2 tbsp
Fruit salt- 1/2tsp
Hing- 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves- 3
Green chillies- 1 (for tempering)
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Oil (for greasing)
Method to make #SproutsDhokla :
For a fine batter, Mix sprouted moong, spinach, and chilies in a blender with a little water. This batter should have a pourable consistency after you add salt and besan to a bowl of the batter. Now stir in the fruit salt. The batter will now be poured into a bowl that has been greased with oil and spread evenly. For around 10 to 12 minutes, steam it. After cooking, cut the squares. Heat oil in a skillet, then add green chilies, cumin seeds, curry leaves, and hing to produce the tempering. For a bit, sauté. Serve it with some green chutney and pour it over the dhoklas....
