Today we will be sharing one of our favourite snacks that is perfect for people who have diabetes.
This snack is simple to make and doesn't take much time to get prepared.
1/2 Kg Shakarkandi (peeled & cubed), boiled
1 tbsp Chaat masala
1 tbsp Chilli powder
1 tbsp Cumin seeds (powdered), roasted
1 tbsp Rock salt (sendha namak)to taste
2-3 Green chillies, finely chopped
Cubed cucumber and apples (optional)
To garnish Coriander leaves , chopped
Procedure to make #ShakarkandiChaat :
Combine all the ingredients, taste-testing the spices as you go, and then serve.
