Dal Idli Recipe | Snacks for diabetic people | Must try this healthy recipe

Today we will be sharing one of our favourite snacks that is perfect for people who have diabetes.
This snack is simple to make and doesn't take much time to get prepared.
Dal Idli
Ingredients:
Half cup Chana Dal
Half cup Rice
1 tsp Garlic Powder (optional)
1 tsp Ginger, grated
Salt to taste
Black Pepper Powder to taste
1 tsp Fruit Salt
For tempering:
2 Whole Red Chillies
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
3-4 Curry Leaves
1 tsp Chana Dal
Method to prepare #DalIdli :
Rice and chana dal should be soaked in water for 4-5 hours in separate bowls. To make a smooth batter, combine them and a little water. Leave it to ferment in a covered dish all night. Add salt, grated ginger, optionally black pepper powder, garlic powder, and fruit salt. Mix thoroughly and set it aside. Brush some oil on the idli pan in the meanwhile. In order for the idlis to be cooked and have a clean centre, pour the batter into the idli plates and steam for 10 to 15 minutes. The idlis can be steamed in a dedicated idli maker or put in a pressure cooker with water in the bottom filled with the idli pan within. Don't forget to put the whistle away. Make the idli's tempering right away. One teaspoon of chana dal, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and heated ghee are added to the small pan. Fry the ingredients until they begin to sputter and turn a dark colour.
Serve the #idlis with the seasoning on top...
