In the third and final T20 International on Sunday, West Indies captain Kieron Pollard won the toss and chose to bowl against India. Avesh Khan, a pace bowler, is one of four changes in India's playing XI, which also includes Ruturaj Gaikwad, Shreyas Iyer, and Shardul Thakur. The West Indies, however, made four lineup changes, bringing in Hayden Walsh, Fabian Allen, Dominic Drakes, and Shai Hope. In the series, India has an unassailable 2-0 lead.
