On Thursday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy accused Russia of deploying phosphorus weapons in his nation and begged NATO to help. On Thursday, one month after Russia invaded Ukraine, Mr. Zelenskyy urged NATO to supply Kyiv with unfettered military aid. "To save people and our cities, Ukraine needs military assistance without restrictions. In the same way that Russia is using its full arsenal without restrictions against us,"  Ukraine's president spoke to NATO leaders via video link.
