According to a new projection from IMD, monsoon arrival in Delhi and the rest of northwest India has come to a “halt” due to unfavourable weather conditions. Meanwhile, according to IMD data, Central Delhi has received only 8.5mm of rain so far this monsoon, making it the country's second-driest district.
