These roads in Delhi will stay closed due to the beating retreat

The Beating Retreat event, which will take place at Vijay Chowk in the national capital on Saturday, has been planned by the Delhi Police. Traffic restrictions will be in effect from 2pm until 9.30 p.m., according to a Delhi police alert. The Vijay Chowk will be closed to the general public during this time. Between the Sunehri Masjid roundabout and the Krishi Bhawan roundabout, no traffic will be allowed on Rafi Marg. No traffic would be allowed on Raisina Road from Krishi Bhawan roundabout to Vijay Chowk, beyond Dara Shikoh Road roundabout, Krishna Menon Marg, and Sunehri Masjid roundabouts to Vijay Chowk, according to a Delhi Police alert. According to the Delhi police, traffic on Rajpath between Vijay Chowk and C hexagon would be restricted. Ring road, Ridge Road, Aurobindo Marg, Madarsa Tea Point, Safdarjang Road, Kemal Attaturk Marg, Rani Jhansi Road, and Minto Road are among the alternate routes recommended. From 2 p.m. until 9:30 p.m., buses would be diverted from their usual routes, according to Delhi police. From 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, the entry and exit gates of the Udyog Bhawan and Central Secretariat metro stations will be shut.
