On Friday morning, parts of Delhi experienced a decrease in temperature as the present coldwave in North India got worse. One of the outlying areas of South West Delhi, Aya Nagar, recorded a temperature of 1.8 °C this morning, whereas Safdarjung recorded a temperature of 4.0 °C. In order to get some relief from the ongoing cold wave conditions in the nation's capital, Delhi's residents turned to burning bonfires. Homes for homeless persons have been opened as a result of the growing cold wave in the city. To find some solace from the continuing coldwave that is chilling the national capital region, Delhi's homeless people flocked to shelters in their neighbourhoods.
