Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke to the Indian diaspora in Tokyo on Monday as part of his two-day visit to Japan for the Quad Summit. Modi had separate bilateral discussions with Japanese business executives earlier in the day after arriving in Tokyo at the request of his Japanese counterpart Fumio Kishida. “Whenever I come to Japan, I get extreme love from the people here. Some of you have been staying in Japan for years and have adapted the culture of this country. Still, the dedication toward Indian culture and language is ever-growing,” PM Modi stated.
