Meesho, an e-commerce company backed by SoftBank and Facebook, said on February 7 that its employees will be able to work from home, the office, or any other location of their choosing permanently. The organization will be headquartered in Bengaluru, with remote offices being established across the country based on talent demand and density. Meesho presently employs around 1,700 people, and the new policy will apply to all of them, according to the company. According to the statement, the company will provide real-time and virtual collaboration tools to its employees, as well as possibilities for teams to meet and interact in person.
