Many trains have been terminated and diverted ahead of the G20 Summit

The G20 Summit, which will take place in Delhi on September 9 and 10, will have an impact on more than 300 trains, according to a list made public by the Northern Railway. According to an official statement, between September 8 and 11, these trains were either temporarily cancelled or diverted to other  routes or stops in consideration of the advisory given for security precautions. The Northern Railway reports that 207 train services have been cancelled, 15 railway terminals have been modified, and 6 train routes have been changed. In order to lessen passenger discomfort, new stopover stations have been added to 70 trains, including Jammu Tawi-New Delhi Rajdhani, Tejas Rajdhani Hazrat Nizamuddin, and Varanasi-New Delhi Tejas Rajdhani, among others, it said. Three trains will not stop at Delhi's Kishan Ganj during the summit, and the origin and termination stations of 36 trains have also been altered, according to the statement.
