In the previous 24 hours, 7,350 new cases have been reported. The recovery of 7,973 patients in the last 24 hours brings the total number of recovered patients to 3,41,30,768 since the start of the epidemic. As a result, India's recovery rate has risen to 98.37 percent, the highest level since March 2020. India's active caseload, at 91,456, is at its lowest level in 561 days. Active cases account for 0.26 percent of all Positive Cases in the country, the lowest level since March 2020. The testing capacity in the Country continues to grow. A total of 8,55,692 tests were performed in the last 24 hours. Over 65.66 Cr (65,66,72,451) cumulative tests have been done in India so far. Despite increased testing capacity across the country, the Weekly Positivity Rate of 0.69 percent has remained below 1 percent for the past 29 days. The Daily Positivity Rate was reported to be 0.86 percent. For the past 70 days, the daily Positivity rate has been below 2 percent, and for the past 105 days, it has been below 3 percent.
