India reports 41,383 new Covid-19 cases with 38,652 recoveries

In the previous 24 hours, India has reported 41,383 new cases. Since twenty-five days, fewer than 50,000 Daily New Cases have been reported. Today, India's Active Caseload is at 4,09,394, accounting for 1.31 percent of the country's total Positive Cases. Out of the total people who have been infected since the start of the pandemic, 3,04,29,339 have recovered from COVID-19, with 38,652 patients recovering in the last 24 hours. This equates to a 97.35 percent total recovery rate. In the last 24 hours, a total of 17,18,439 tests were conducted around the country. India has already done around 45.09 crore (45,09,11,712) tests in total. While testing capacity has been increased across the country, the Weekly Positivity Rate is now 2.12 percent, and the Daily Positivity Rate is now 2.41 percent. For the past 31 days, the daily positivity rate has been less than 3 percent, and for the past 45 days, it has been less than 5 percent.
