GRAP-4 restrictions have been lifted in Delhi-NCR as air quality improves

According to an order issued on November 18, the restrictions under Stage IV of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP-4) that were implemented in an effort to minimize air pollution have been lifted in the Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR) due to a relative improvement in the air quality conditions. An official statement stated that during today's CAQM subcommittee meeting, it was noted that the AQI was 322 at 2:00 pm, placing it in the "very poor" category. It also said that this is 128 points below the minimal threshold needed to apply the GRAP-4 restrictions.
