Delhi reports 19166 new cases of Covid-19

In the recent 24 hours, Delhi has reported 19,166 cases, a modest decrease from the previous day's total of 22,751. Every fourth person in the city who is tested for Covid is confirmed to be positive. The national capital's positivity level reached 25%, the highest level since May 5. In addition, the city reported 17 deaths. Due to lower testing on weekends, the number of cases may be lower. In the capital, there are currently 65,806 active Covid patients, the largest number since May 15. There are 44,028 patients in home isolation, with a recovery rate of 94.20 percent. In the last 24 hours, 14,076 people have been discharged. In Delhi's dedicated Covid facilities, a total of 1999 individuals have been admitted, with 87 suspected infected and 1912 confirmed patients. Currently, about 15% of the beds in Covid hospitals are occupied.
