This morning, the national capital's minimum temperature was 4.7 degrees Celsius, which is significantly lower than yesterday's reading of 10.2 degrees Celsius. The area around Palam had a visibility of roughly 200 meters. Due to poor visibility in the area, some planes that were scheduled to leave from the national capital were delayed, according to news agency ANI. Over Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, and portions of Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan, a cold wave and foggy weather predominated. At least 20 trains were late, according to Northern Railway officials.
