On day three of the third Test against India, England were all out for 432 runs, giving them a 354-run first-inning advantage. England, who were 423 for eight at the start of the day, could only bat for 3.2 overs in the morning session, with Mohammad Shami and Jasprit Bumrah both dismissing Craig Overton and Ollie Robinson. In-form England captain Joe Root hit his third century of the series on Thursday, leading his team to a commanding total. With four wickets, Mohammed Shami (4/95) was India's most successful bowler, followed by Ravindra Jadeja (2/88), Mohammed Siraj (2/86), and Jasprit Bumrah (2/59).
