Central Vista Avenue in New Delhi is ready for Republic Day

According to officials from the ministry of housing and urban affairs, the reconstruction of Central Vista Avenue in New Delhi has been finished in time for the Republic Day celebrations. They stated that the construction was completed in less than a year, from paved walkways along Rajpath, where the parade will take place, to pathways in the lawns and restored waterways. The Central Public Works Department has made special arrangements for the Republic Day parade, including the installation of temporary bridges over canals in addition to the 16 permanent bridges built as part of the reconstruction project. For the general public, new benches have been constructed. Hardeep Singh Puri, the Union Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs, thanked the workers for their efforts on Twitter.
